Meet Libby and Lennon, two sweet siblings looking for a patient, understanding home where they can continue to grow in confidence. Libby and Lennon were found abandoned alongside their mum so sadly very little is known about their early life. When they arrived, both kittens were underweight and had missed out on important early experiences with people.

Since then, our animal care team has been working hard to help them feel safe and comfortable around humans. Through gentle interactions, play, patience and plenty of encouragement, both kittens have been making steady progress and are learning that people can bring good things like fuss, fun and food! Both Libby and Lennon are still cautious around people and handling but they are continuing to gain confidence each week. Play and treats have become valuable ways to build trust and help them form positive relationships.

Lennon is a playful, curious and cheeky boy who enjoys toys, food and relaxing in his radiator bed. He can be unsure with new people but quickly shows his fun personality once he feels comfortable. He enjoys affection from people he knows although playtime is usually his favourite thing. Libby is the more nervous of the two but is slowly becoming braver every day. She enjoys watching her carers and when she feels safe, shows her sweet and playful nature. She may seem defensive when worried but this comes from fear and she is learning that people can be trusted.

With the right home, we are confident that Libby and Lennon can continue to thrive together and become wonderful companions. They are looking for an experienced, cat savvy adopter who can offer them a calm, patient and stable environment while allowing them the time they need to build trust at their own pace. With patience, understanding and lots of love, Libby and Lennon have so much potential to become affectionate and rewarding companions.
