Beautiful Smudge came into our care with her feline friends after her owner was sadly hospitalised and could no longer care for them. It's clear that Smudge misses the comfort and love of a home and is ready to become a cherished companion once again. She settled in quickly with us but may need a little time to adjust to her new surroundings. Once she feels safe, she is an affectionate, people-oriented cat who loves being involved in whatever you're doing and is sure to make a wonderful lifelong friend.

Smudge was briefly housed with her sister, Molly, but both cats seemed happier once separated, as they became frustrated competing for attention. However, we would consider applications to rehome them together if they were offered a spacious home where they could each receive plenty of individual attention.

We think Smudge could live with a calm, cat-friendly dog if introductions are carried out slowly and carefully. She would be best suited to a calm, quieter home where she can settle in at her own pace and enjoy all the love and attention she deserves.
