Everyone, meet Bodhi! This gorgeous Staffie mix is a very special boy who is looking for a forever home where he can continue to heal, learn and finally experience the love, safety and security he deserves. Bodhi was abandoned through no fault of his own and, after everything he has been through, he found kennel life very difficult. He is currently enjoying life in a foster home, where he has really begun to blossom.

Bodhi absolutely adores people and thrives when he has someone around him, so he is looking for a home where he won’t be left alone for long periods. He loves nothing more than being close to his favourite people and is always ready for a cuddle.

When Bodhi arrived at the rescue, he was receiving treatment for some significant skin issues, including swollen ears. Thankfully, these are now much improved and are being well managed with treatment. His ongoing care can be discussed in more detail with the animal care team.

Bodhi loves to learn and enjoys playing fetch and going out for walks. He is a very clever boy who picks things up quickly, and with the right person, he has so much potential. Bodhi would really benefit from someone who can continue supporting him with his lead training and house training, while also helping him build his confidence, further socialise around other dogs and settle into a routine.

He will need an adopter with previous dog experience who is willing to continue his training and support him on his journey. He may need a little extra time, patience and understanding, but we know this clever, affectionate boy has so much love to give in return. More than anything, Bodhi wants to feel safe and loved. He’s looking for someone who will give him plenty of cuddles, help him learn, celebrate his progress and, of course, treat him like the little prince he is.
