Fabulous Flo arrived here at Longview at the end of March after her owner was no longer able to take care of her. Flo might be an old girl at 11 but don't let that fool you into thinking she is a little old lady, she is still so full of life and has so much love to give any potential adopters. Flo is a really sweet girl who loves to be around people, she is always up for a cuddle and a fuss, the kennel staff can't sing her praises enough.

She really loves a good snooze on her duvet and is often seen stretching out especially when the sun comes out. Flo is a really nice walker; she likes to explore the world at her own pace and having all the sniffs. Flo likes to play with her toys, especially a tennis ball or if it squeaks. Flo would be able to live with older dog savvy children as she is quite placid in her nature and loves to have any type of attention she can get. She would benefit from being the only dog in the home, as she of course would like all the attention to herself.

Continued training would be beneficial for Flo; she has been doing really well since she has been here and in a home, we feel she would improve every day. Flo has been on pain relief since entering our care due to an historic cruciate injury so this will need to be managed in her new home and treatment continued. This can be discussed in more detail upon meeting Flo. She has had a lot of ups and downs in her life so is ready to start the next adventure of her life with her new family.
