Princess Pepper arrived here at Longview back in February due to welfare concerns. Despite her small size she has really made a big impact on staff in her time here. Pepper very much likes taking everything at her own pace. She likes to have little potters around on her walks (though she isn't so much of a fan when it is raining!) and loves meeting new people while she is out and about.
Peppers favourite thing is to have a nice curl up on someone's lap, she has taken to spending time in reception with people and even having little snoozes in the offices, she really loves being in peoples company. Continued basic training such as house training would be very beneficial going into a home for Pepper. Even though Pepper is an older girl she still has so much love to give and doesn't let her past get her down. Pepper would prefer an adult only house, since she is an older lady, she would definitely appreciate the quiet and calm.
She would also prefer to be the only dog in the home; this means she would be able to get all the attention to herself which is of course what she deserves. Pepper has obviously had a lot of ups and downs in her life so she is looking for kind and patient adopters who can show her how great the world can be and give her the best retirement home where she can be spoiled like the true princess that she is.
