Senior girl Rainbow arrived at Longview in July after her welfare needs weren’t being met in her previous home. Understandably nervous after so much change, she has since blossomed with love, patience and TLC from her handlers, and her lovely personality is now shining through.

Rainbow is a wonderfully sweet older lady who loves fuss, attention and going for walks at her own pace, stopping to sniff along the way. She also enjoys running around in the paddocks before coming over for cuddles and happy tail wags! Although she’s an older girl, Rainbow still has plenty of energy and enjoys walks, playtime and spending time with her people.

She would benefit from continued basic training, particularly with house training and building her confidence. Rainbow is looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She walks well alongside other dogs but prefers having her own space and all the attention at home.

She could potentially live with older, dog-savvy children who understand her need for space and patience. Rainbow has so much love left to give and is looking for a family who will give her the kindness, love and security she deserves.
