A Home Between Homes

Lila arrived at Longview after being abandoned in a house alongside several other dogs. After 444 days in our care, she has now taken a wonderful step forward: settling into a foster home, complete with a sofa to snooze on and a family of her own to cuddle up with at night.

It was an emotional day for the Longview team, but our ACAs  were so happy to watch Lila waddle off with a big, happy smile. Although she remains in our care, this loving foster placement gives her the chance to enjoy life in a home while we continue to support her. She has visited Longview for her health check, and she is a bundle of happiness and excellent health - a transformation from the timid little Frenchie who joined us all those many days ago...
